‘Operation Mincemeat’ Extends Booking

‘Operation Mincemeat’, SpitLip and Southwark Playhouse have today announced a six week extension to the show’s run at The Large. 

Following sold out runs at the New Diorama Theatre in 2019 and Southwark Playhouse in 2020, ‘Operation Mincemeat’returns. Spitlip have been working on the show throughout the lockdowns and will be debuting a bigger and newer version of the show with 14 exclusive works in progress performances followed by a full run of the final show. 

‘Operation Mincemeat’ will open for the work in progress performances on 23 July with the full show running from 9 August to 18 September. Described as ‘Singin in the Rain’ meets ‘Strangers on a Train’, ‘Operation Mincemeat’ is a fast paced, hilarious, and unbelievable true story of the twisted secret mission that won us World War II.
