With the announcement of the new tier four restrictions, the English National Ballet have been forced to cancel their plans to perform Nutcracker Delights to live audiences at The London Coliseum.

However, it is not all bad news as the company has announced that the production has been filmed and the recording will be released online so that ballet fans can enjoy the show from the comfort of their own homes.

Nutcracker Delights, the new 75 minute show, will stream on the English National Ballet YouTube page for free from 2pm on Christmas Eve and will be available for 30 days.

The company have confirmed that the box office will be in touch with ticket holders to arrange refunds for any bookings made or arrange credit vouchers for next year’s full-length production of The Nutcracker
