It has been announced that The Young Vic production of Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman will return to the West End in Autumn 2021.

Wendell Pierce (The Wire, Suits, Selma), who made his UK stage debut with the show during its last run, will reprise his role of Willy Loman. The show’s producers have also confirmed that there are plans for a UK tour following the West End run.

Marianne Elliott (Company, Angels in America) co-directs with Miranda Cromwell, bringing a unique vision to one of the greatest plays of the twentieth century, as seen through the eyes of an African American family.

Exact dates are to be confirmed, along with news of which theatre will host the return of this production, but it’s something to look forward to.
