A never-before-seen online concert starring Broadway icon and three-time Tony Award winner, Bernadette Peters, will be available to stream on 10 July to raise money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

The special concert was filmed in 2009 at Broadway’s Minskoff Theatre and includes performances from the back catalogues of Stephen Sondheim, Rodgers & Hammerstein and many more, plus a conversation with actor and friend, Michael Urie, about her amazing career thus far.

Peters said: “I’m delighted to be able to share this incredible evening again, which has only been seen by those who were inside the Minskoff Theater.

“I hope this evening will bring joy to those who now get to experience it while still making a real difference for people in need across the country, and in our industry through support of Broadway Cares.”

Her last stage appearance was in the 2018 Broadway revival of Hello Dolly!

Bernadette Peters: A Special Concert will be free to stream here on Friday 10 July at 8PM ET.
