Upcoming Cinderella film starring Camila Cabello announces new release date

Sony has announced that the release date for its new musical film adaptation of Cinderella, starring Camila Cabello in the title role, has been pushed back until 16 July 2021.

Written and directed by Kay Cannon, the film was originally scheduled to be released on 5 February but this has been changed due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

Joining Cabello, who has also written songs for the film, is Billy Porter, Idina Menzel, James Corden, Romesh Ranganathan, Missy Elliott, John Mulaney, Beverley Knight, Minnie Driver, Nicholas Galitzine, Charlotte Spencer, Tallulah Greive, Fra Fee, Luke Latchman, Mary Higgins and Pierce Brosnan.
