TREASON musical unveils its cast for filmed concert

Treason, a musical based on the Gunpowder plot, has announced the cast for its upcoming filmed online concert. 

The concert will be filmed live from Cadogan Hall and will stream from 12-14 March 2021. It includes the songs, which have already been released: ‘Take Things Into Our Own Hands’, ‘The Day Elizabeth Died’, ‘Blind Faith’ and many more.

Written by Ricky Allan and Keiran Lynn, Treason has direction by Hannah Chissick, with musical supervison by Nick Pinchbeck and orchestrations by Matthew Malone.

The cast assembled is a plethora of musical talent and recognisable names, featuing Lucie Jones (Legally Blonde, Waitress), Oliver Tompsett (& Juliet, Wicked), Daniel Boys (Falsettos, Nativity Rocks), Waylon Jacobs (Hamilton, Memphis), Bradley Jaden (Les Miserables, Wicked), Emmanuel Kojo (Oklahoma!, Show Boat), Rebecca LaChance (School of Rock, Beautiful), Cedric Neal (Chess, Memphis) and Sharon Rose (Hamilton, Caroline or Change), alongside Debris Stevenson (1st Luv, Poet in da Corner) as the shows narrator. 

The show is also gearing up for a full run later in the year or in 2022.

Emma Littler

Emma has a 9-5 normal job, but in her spare time is all things theatre! Having been a stage manager through school and now with various Drama societies in Norfolk. She loves the feel of the adrenaline rush when the lights go down and she has to open the curtains for the first time.

Emma loves musicals having seen 47 different shows 75 times! Her favourite being Come From Away. Other loves include painting, baking and sport.

She has also recently turned her hand to writing village pantomimes.
