The Shows Must Go On! series returns with season of new content

Proving popular earlier on in the lockdown period, The Shows Must Go On! series is set to make a comeback this week with a number of new shows promised.

The productions will be announced in “seasons” going forward, as opposed to titles being revealed on a weekly basis. The first season is called “The Greats on Tour”, which will feature the recent 30th anniversary touring production of Fame (25 September), Michael Ball’s Past and Present tour (2 October), Alfie Boe’s Bring Him Home tour (9 October) and Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds (16 October.

The channel’s content can be watched free of charge but audiences are encouraged to make a donation to support the arts where possible.
