The Habit of Art starring Matthew Kelly made available for online viewing once again

The UK touring production of Alan Bennett’s The Habit of Art is being re-released by Original Theatre Company for online download and streaming from today.

A digital copy of the show, which is a metatheatrical exploration of two famous artists from the last century, was produced just prior to the first lockdown, after the first leg of its new tour at the Devonshire Park Theatre was cancelled.

The production stars Matthew Kelly as Fitz (WH Auden) and David Yelland as Henry (Benjamin Britten), alongside Benjamin Chandler, Jessica Dennis, Robert Mountford, Veronica Roberts and John Wark.

The most recent tour is directed by Philip Franks and designed by Adrian Linford, with lighting by Johanna Town and sound by Max Pappenheim.

The Habit of Art is available to view from now until 28 February 2021 and costs £10. For more information and to book, please click here.
