Songs For A New World

Even more exclusive events have been added to online platform stream.theatre’s line-up, including West End Drive In, Waiting in the Wings, Songs for a New World and GWLAD!

There’s a return to streaming for Jason Robert Brown’s Songs for a New World from 21-28 February, starring Rachel John (Hamilton), Ramin Karimloo (Phantom of The Opera), Cedric Neal (Motown) and Rachel Tucker (Come From Away).

West End Drive In was one of last summer’s biggest outdoor musical events and it will be making its streaming debut in February and March with five brilliant concerts, featuring a host of theatre favourites.

Also being streamed on 27 February is Waiting in the Wings. The concert will be presented live from the Tyne Theatre, complete with a cast full of West End stars.

1 March sees stream.theatre welcome GWLAD! to its line-up, just in time for St. David’s Day. The celebration of Wales features an array of Welsh talent including John Owen-Jones and Lucie Jones, accompanied by The West End of Wales Orchestra, plus some very special guests…

RISE:UP has also been added, which is stream.theatre’s partnership with Perfect Pitch, previewing new British musical theatre. This will be available to audiences for free, with a new episode being added each month.

There are currently over 30 productions in stream.theatre’s line-up, from concerts to children’s shows, so there’s certain to be something there for everyone to enjoy!
