Stage production based on INXS music in development

It has been revealed that a brand new stage production based on the music of Australian rock band, INXS, is in development.

It is hoped that the show will begin workshops in early 2021, followed by a stage debut in 2022, but producer Michael Cassel is already eyeing up runs in the West End and on Broadway.

Whilst the creative team has yet to be announced, the writer is said to have "worked on some of the biggest hits of recent years".

The band were formed in 1977 and they continue to tour internationally. They are best known for hits including ‘Original Sin’, ‘Need You Tonight’ and ‘Devil Inside’.
