The show, which celebrates the life and music of singer-songwriter Paul Simon, is returning to UK stages later this summer as part of a tour.

Critically acclaimed show, Something About Simon, will spend a week at the Brighton Fringe at The Warren: The Oil Shed, running from 7 June 2021. It will then visit Altrincham Garrick Playhouse on 6 July, followed by Theatre Royal Winchester on 10 July, before finishing at the Theatr Clwyd in North Wales on 11 July.

The show was created by singer-songwriter Gary Edward Jones, Bill Elms, and Jon Fellowes and has previously toured on both sides of the Atlantic receiving several 5-star reviews since its premiere in Autumn 2018.

This production has artistic direction by Gareth Tudor Price, and is produced by Bill Elms, Jon Fellowes, and Gary Edward Jones of Something About Productions.

In Something About Simon, Edward Jones brings together the songs and stories of the musician and traces the moments in Paul Simon’s life and career that occasionally mirror his own.

Gary Edward Jones said: “There’s nothing quite like the thrill of live performance, so I can’t wait to get back on the stage and share Paul Simon’s incredible life story and musical genius once again.

“Being part of this year’s Brighton Fringe is fantastic, and I’m really looking forward to performing these great, timeless songs and revealing the tales behind them for audiences both there and across the UK. It’s a real privilege and honour to have that opportunity.”
