Shakespeare’s Globe has announced plans to reopen, initially offering guided tours from 13 April and preparing for a full reopening for the summer season.

The venue’s on-site bar and restaurant, Swan at the Globe, will also be open for outdoor dining from 12 April, offering mid-morning coffees and snacks, and a new springtime menu, with daily specials and a carefully curated drinks list.

The Globe continues to offer entertainment and educational resources online in the interim.

Guided tours will run daily during the Easter holidays, then at the weekends until the theatre is fully reopened.
