Shakespeare’s Globe announces full cast of THE TEMPEST directed by Sean Holmes

Shakespeare’s Globe have announced the cast and company for a new production of The Tempest, running from 22 July - 22 October, directed by Sean Holmes. 

Shakespeare’s tumultuous tale of reckoning and redemption will be brought to life by the Globe Ensemble, who have been thrilling audiences in the critically acclaimed season opening production of Much Ado About Nothing, which runs until 23 October. 

The Tempest is designed by Paul Wills, with co-direction by Diane Page, composition by Cassie Kinoshi, and movement by Rachael Nanyonjo.

The cast includes Peter Bourke as Gonzalo, Rachel Hannah Clarke as Ariel, Ralph Davis as Trinculo, George Fouracres as Stefano, Joanne Howarth as Francisco, Olivier Huband as Ferdinand, Nadi Kemp-Sayfi as Miranda, Ciaran O’Brien as Caliban, Patrick Osborne as Antonio, Lucy Phelps as Sebastian, Ferdy Roberts as Prospero, Katy Stephens as Alonso.

The Tempest was cast by Becky Paris, Head of Casting at Shakespeare’s Globe.
