Release date announced for IN THE HEIGHTS film soundtrack

The film soundtrack of In The Heights is set to be released on 11 June 2021, to coincide with the movie being released in the US.

Featuring new recordings of Lin-Manuel Miranda's score, the film is based on the Tony Award-winning musical of the same name, with a screenplay by Quiara Alegria Hudes and direction by Jon M Chu.

The film cast includes Anthony Ramos, Corey Hawkins, Melissa Barrera, Leslie Grace, Olga Merediz, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Jimmy Smits, Dascha Polanco, Gregory Diaz IV, Stephanie Beatriz, and Lin-Manuel Miranda himself.

In The Heights will premiere in the UK on 25 June.
