Not Too Tame to tour brand new show THE SOCIAL to Derby & Warrington

Award winning, great night-out specialists Not Too Tame invite you to their new production The Social, which celebrates all things community, clubland and Northern Soul this Autumn.

Written by Louise Haggerty, Andrew Butler & Jimmy Fairhurst, The Social uses Northern Soul (“the dance movement that refused to die”) as a highly charged vehicle to tell the stories of Derby and North West social clubs and those who will forever ‘KEEP THE FAITH’. This heartwarming show doffs it’s cap to the challenges of the last 18 months and looks at what we need to do to push on to a better future. So get your glad rags on for some fun, fancy footwork and family feuds. It’s an immersive, site specific show in a real local boozer.

The cast includes Paddy Stafford, Adam Horvath, Rachel Burbridge, Jimmy Fairhurst and Louise Haggerty.

Director Jimmy Fairhurst said: “It’s brilliant to be making live work again and we can’t wait to get back to doing what we do best - giving people a cracking night out’.

Touring from 23 October to 12 November, the show will play at the Maypole Inn, One Hundred & Two Social Club and Spondon Liberal Club in Derby, and Counters’ @ Parrs Bank in Warrington.
