Manchester’s HOME announces new outdoor theatre HOMEGROUND

A Midsummer Nights Dream

Manchester’s HOME Theatre have announced a new 400-seat purpose-built outdoor venue, adjacent to their existing venue, which will open on 28 May.

The opening production at Homeground will be Filter's A Midsummer Night's Dream, then in the summer will see a new version of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, adapted by Stockroom and directed by Lekan Lawal, running from 15 July - 7 August.

The new space aims to create 450 employment opportunities for freelancers and creative practitioners.

Tickets for Homeground productions will go on sale on 20 April here.
