KT Tunstall to pen music and lyrics for musical stage adaptation of SAVING GRACE

A musical version of the 2000 hit film Saving Grace is in development with eyes on the West End in 2023, it has been announced.

The film starred Brenda Blethyn and Craig Ferguson and centres on an English widow who is forced to grow cannabis in her Cornish home to pay off her late husband’s debts.

The production has a book by April de Angelis and music and lyrics by KT Tunstall, with direction by Laurence Connor.

It is thought that the show will have a pre-West End run at a London venue in December.
