HADESTOWN to play in the West End in 2024

The Tony-Award winning musical Hadestown will return to the UK in 2024, the show’s producers have announced today.

Written by singer-songwriter Anaïs Mitchell, Hadestown intertwines two mythic tales — that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of King Hades and his wife Persephone — as it invites you on an unforgettable journey to the underworld and back.

Hadestown is directed by Rachel Chavkin, with design by Rachel Hauck, costumes by Michael Krass, lighting by Bradley King, sound by Nevin Steinberg and Jessica Paz, choreography by David Neumann, musical direction and vocal arrangements by Liam Robinson, and orchestrations and arrangements by Michael Chorney and Todd Sickafoose.

The West End venue, dates and casting are to be confirmed.

How exciting, Besties!
