First look at The Barn Theatre’s upcoming musical revue The World Goes ‘Round

The Barn Theatre Cirencester has released photos of rehearsals for their upcoming outdoor production of Kander & Ebb’s musical revue, The World Goes ‘Round.

The show features some of the writing team’s most iconic numbers including ‘Maybe This Time’, ‘Cabaret’ and ‘Mr Cellophane’, interwoven into a loose story following five people and the way their lives are unfolding.

As previously reported, The World Goes ‘Round is directed by Kirk Jameson with musical direction by Nick Barstow and will star George Arvidson (The Outpost, Les Miserables), Jenny Fitzpatrick (Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, Ghost), Nick Barstow (Zorro, Just So), Rosalind Ford (Once, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) and Ryan Carter (Motown The Musical, The Boy Friend).

The World Goes ‘Round will run for two weeks during the Barn Theatre’s Summer outdoor theatre festival BarnFest from 24 August-5 September.
