Cast announced for upcoming Romantics Anonymous virtual tour

The cast of the upcoming digital tour of  Wise Children’s Romantics Anonymous has been announced today.

Performed live from Bristol Old Vic between 22-26 September, the fully-staged production will star Marc Antolin (Jean-René), Carly Bawden (Angélique), Me'sha Bryan (Suzanne/Mimi), Harry Hepple (Ludo/Remi), Laura Jane Matthewson (Young Woman), Sandra Marvin (Magda/Brigitte/Dr Maxim), Philip Cox (Father/Pierre/Receptionist), Gareth Snook (Mercier/Mumbler/Marini) and Omari Douglas (Salesman/Fred).

The cast will form their own Covid-safe bubble for the duration of the show period so no social distancing is required onstage.

The show design is based on Lez Brotherston’s original, with choreography by Etta Murfitt, lighting by Malcolm Rippeth, sound by Simon Baker and musical supervision by Nigel Lilley.

Individual arts venues are selling tickets for the online stream on specific nights but the show will now also be welcoming a socially distanced audience on 27 September.
