West End stars join City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra for a celebration of Rodgers & Hammerstein

For one night only on Sunday 12 June, four of the West End’s biggest stars will join the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra for a celebration of Rodgers & Hammerstein at Saffron Hall in Saffron Walden.

Rodgers & Hammerstein: Some Enchanted Evening will showcase many of the best loved classics written by the award-winning song writing duo, composer Richard Rodgers and lyricist Oscar Hammerstein II.

Conducted by Martin Yates, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra will be joined by Gina Beck (Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Matilda), Alice Fearn (Wicked, Les Misérables, Come From Away), Rob Houchen (Les Misérables, South Pacific) and Scott Davis (Phantom of the Opera, Carousel).

Rodgers & Hammerstein: Some Enchanted Evening will feature songs from iconic musicals, including Oklahoma!, Carousel, South Pacific, The Sound of Music and many more.
