West End production of Frozen postpones opening

Frozen

In a recent announcement on their website, the West End opening of Frozen (originally scheduled to open in April) has been postponed, in light of the current national lockdown.

This delay is to ensure the safety of audiences, cast and backstage staff and the fact that the producers wish to open the musical at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane without social distancing regulations in place.

The new opening date is to be announced in the next few weeks and current ticketholders will be contacted with revised performance dates as soon as they are confirmed.

Bookers will be contacted in chronological order and if the new assigned date is not suitable, you can request an exchange to an alternative performance, a credit voucher or a refund if necessary.

It is advised not to contact your point of sale until they have emailed you with your new performance date.
