West End performers to sing songs outside of their casting brackets in Roles We’ll Never Play concert

An array of West End performers have been confirmed to take part in a concert production of Roles We’ll Never Play at the Apollo Theatre on 7 December.

The concept of the concert is simple: stars singing roles outside of their ‘normal’ casting brackets. Produced by Tom Duern, the show will be directed by Sasha Regan with musical direction by Flynn Sturgeon.

Appearing in the show are: Kelly Agbowu (Les Misérables), Laura Baldwin (Waitress) Pearce Barron (Hairspray), Luke Bayer (Everybody's Talking About Jamie), Courtney Bowman (Six), Lauren Byrne (Beautiful), Mary-Jean Caldwell (Les Misérables), Lloyd Daniels (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Nicole Raquel Dennis (Dreamgirls), Tom Duern (Pirates Of Penzance), Matt Facchino (Sweeney Todd), Alice Fearn (Come From Away), Chris Howell (Hairspray), Idriss Kargbo (Wicked), and Caroline Kay (The Space Between).

Also performing are: Josie Kemp (Les Misérables) Renée Lamb (Be More Chill), Michael Mather (Soho Cinders), Rhianne-Louise McCaulsky (Tina The Musical), Billy Nevers (& Juliet), Trevor Dion Nicholas (Aladdin), Eve Norris (Bat Out Of Hell), Oliver Ormson (The Addams Family), Natalie May Paris (Six), Maiya Quansah-Breed (Six), Alan Richardson (Chicago), Lauren Soley (Les Misérables) Danielle Steers (Six) and Rodney Vubya (Tina The Musical).

Two graduates will also appear as a featured ensemble: Markus Sodergren (ArtsEd) and Karen Wilkinson (Mountview).
