Simon Webbe & Les Dennis among casting announced for Robinson Crusoe at Theatre Royal Plymouth

Robinson Crusoe Theatre Royal Plymouth

Initial casting has been announced today for the socially distanced production of Robinson Crusoe at the Theatre Royal Plymouth.

With the support of The National Lottery, the venue has been made able to stage a brand-new production of the swashbuckling adventure full of buried treasure and dangerous buccaneers.

The show is due to open on 12 December, running through to 3 January to socially distanced audiences.

Robinson Crusoe will star Simon Webbe, Connor McIntyre, Jennie Dale, Les Dennis, Plymouth panto favourite Andy Ford and the Timbuktu Tumblers.

This ‘ship-shape’ pantomime will be performed in act one to minimise the need for audiences to move around the building, but it will still be a full on production with comedy routines, audience-safe participation and all of the unmissable magic that Plymouth audiences have come to expect from their annual pantomime.
