WE WILL ROCK YOU stars audition on The Voice UK

Musical theatre stars Joanne Harper and Adam Strong performed on last night’s episode of The Voice UK.

Both performers trained at the London School of Musical Theatre and were performing in the UK tour of We Will Rock You until the pandemic hit last year; Strong playing Khashoggi and Harper in the ensemble.

Harper, since her training, has also toured the world on cruise ships as a Principal Singer, performed in the UK tour of The Best of Wham! and was a Lead Vocalist on Viva La Broadway.

Strong’s credits include performing as part of musical theatre supergroup The Barricade Boys, the world arena tour of Jesus Christ Superstar, the UK tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and the Rock of Ages UK tour.

SPOILER ALERT!!

Sadly neither performer received a chair turn from the judges for their blind auditions (wrong decision in our opinion) but their performances were a superb showcase of their incredible voices so snap them up Casting Directors!

Harper performed Beyonce’s ‘If I Was A Boy’ and Strong sang ‘Rise Like A Phoenix’, made famous by Conchita Wurst at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest.
