Trapped in the Web announces special Christmas Escape Room

Trapped in the Web, the company who created smash hit online escape rooms The Missing, Cabin’s Fever and School’s Out, have announced a Christmas special edition entitled Christmas Party Conundrum, which is now available via their website.

During the first month of its launch, Trapped in the Web grew to 15,000 users and become an incredibly popular alternative lockdown experience. This new festive escape room offering gives participants that chance to work together with friends or colleagues on solving the series of clues and puzzles.

Founder of the company Dave Murphy said: “The Trapped in The Web escape rooms started as a birthday present for my girlfriend. Her birthday was in May at the height of lockdown, so I wanted to come up with something fun. This is when I had the idea of building a series of escape rooms and getting her friends and family in teams on video chats, racing to see who can escape their room first. From there, Trapped in the Web was born. Now that we’re still not able to see our friends or socialise with colleagues as we would have likes to at Christmas, I thought it would be fun to make an escape room themed around the antics we all see happening at Christmas parties.”

Tickets for Christmas Party Conundrum cost £8.99 and can be purchased here.
