Renowned theatre company Told by an Idiot have announced they will be taking their production of Charlie & Stan around the UK, prior to a West End run.

Written/directed by Paul Hunter, the piece will open at Theatre Royal Bath on 14 July before visiting the Minack Theatre in Cornwall from 1 August. Further tour dates prior to the West End are to be announced.

This acclaimed production tells the remarkable story of the greatest comedy double act that nearly was and is a hilarious and deeply moving homage to two men who changed the world of comedy forever.

Charlie & Stan is designed by Ioana Curelea, with lighting by Aideen Malone, an original piano score by Mercury Award nominee Zoe Rahman, arrangements by Sophie Cotton, and choreography by Nuna Sandy for ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company.
