It has been announced that leading theatre artists are set to feature in livestreamed talks on performing arts platform Thespie, along with a specially streamed concert to mark International Women’s Day.

In total, eight new online arts events will be streamed this month, beginning withThe Reunion x Girl Power on 8 March. This double-feature of concerts were originally filmed in October and December last year, and will include previously unseen footage and an artist Q&A created for International Women’s Day. The 2 hour event stars Millie O’Connell, Natalie Paris, Aimie Atkinson, Grace Mouat, Jarneia Richard-Noel, Alexia McIntosh and Maiya Quansah-Breed, who all met as the original queens in Six The Musical. This concert will be available to view on-demand following the premiere, with ticket holders having seven days to view.  

Free-to-view informal chat series, Thespie Thursdays, also continues throughout March, with this month featuring female theatre creatives. Those taking part include co-creator of Six and director of Ratatouille: The Tik Tok Musical Lucy Moss on 4 March, theatre producer Danielle Tarento on 11 March, casting director Olissa Rogers on 18 March and stage director Hannah Hauer-King on 25 March . 

There will also be new interviews in the ‘In the Room’ series of free artist talks with guests including TV presenter and musical theatre performer Ore Oduba on 3 March, original West End Hamilton Jamael Westman on 10 March, a talk with the cast and creatives of a new site specific production of The Last Five Years on 17 March, musical theatre artist Sharon Rose on 24 March and singer/songwriter Shan Ako on 31 March.
