Theatre Royal Stratford East announce casting for Dennis Kelly’s AFTER THE END

Theatre Royal Stratford East have announced the cast for Dennis Kelly’s chilling play After the End, which will be staged from 25 February-26 March, directed by Lyndsey Turner.

The show tells the story of Louise who wakes up in a fallout shelter with Mark, her colleague, who has just saved her life during a nuclear blast. They have enough food and water to last for two weeks, they just need to find a way to survive each other.

Taking on the role of Mark will be Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D actor Nick Blood and starring opposite him as Louise will be Amaka Okafor (The Son, Kiln Theatre & West End).

Kelly and Turner are joined in the creative team by designer Peter McKintosh, lighting designer Tim Lutkin, and composer and sound designer Tingying Dong.
