Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall Nottingham have announced new tour dates for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s smash hit musical School of Rock - The Musical

If you loved the movie, you won’t want to miss this! Featuring 14 new songs from Andrew Lloyd-Webber, alongside all of your favourite numbers from the movie, this award-winning production is perfect for the whole family! Buy your tickets here.

It has also been announced that Alan Carr is back on tour for the first time in four years! Described as “sheer entertainment” by the Evening Standard and “bellyachingly funny” by The Sunday Telegraph, Alan will be live at the Royal Concert Hall Nottingham for one night only on 16 June 2022.

Regaling tales of his star-studded wedding day and a heart-stopping incident at border control, you won’t want to miss a guaranteed night of laughs. Pre-sale tickets went on sale today with general sale going live on 15 January at 10am. Buy them here.

With this excitement comes the news that The Commitments, originally scheduled for November 2020, has been rescheduled to 3-8 April 2023. Ticket holders have been informed and, if you don’t have tickets for this 5-star “musical we’ve been waiting for” (The Sunday Times), then you can buy yours here.

Unfortunately, The Joe & Dianne Show 2021 has been cancelled. The show was set to take place on 12 April at the Royal Concert Hall Nottingham and has not currently been rescheduled. On the announcement of the cancellation, Joe & Dianne released a statement saying that “the health and wellbeing of our fans and everyone involved in the production must come first … We look forward to going on tour in better times but in the meantime take care of yourselves.”

Other upcoming productions announcing cancellations include West End Musical Screenings (10-14 February 2021), Sunday Morning Piano Elisabeth Brauss and Hannes Minnaar (21 February & 28 March 2021), and The Colin McIntyre Classic Thriller Season (22 February - 13 March 2021).
