THE WINDSORS: ENDGAME announces cast

Following the announcement that Channel 4 hit ‘The Windsors’ will be getting a stage adaptation, ‘The Windsors: Endgame’ has today announced their cast.

The show which will open at the Prince of Wales Theatre on 2 August had previously announced that Harry Enfield will be reprising his role as Charles, joining him in taking their screen character to the stage will be Matthew Cottle as Edward, Tom Durant-Pritchard as Harry and Tim Wallers as Andrew.

Joining the cast will be Crystal Condie as Meghan, Tracy-Ann Oberman as Camilla, Ciaran Owens as Wills, Kara Tointon as Kate and Jenny Rainsford as Beatrice with further casting still to be announced.

Tracy-Ann Oberman said‘After the past miserable year we have all had, I can think of nothing better than joining the riotously funny cast and crew of The Windsors: Endgame to bring a huge satirical belly laugh for audiences at The Prince of Wales Theatre. Just the thought of playing Camilla P B in the Dallas-meets-The-Crown world that will appear on stage is making me smile.'

The stage show is written by George Jeffrie and Bert Tyler-Moore the same team who created the TV series. It is to be directed by Michael Fentiman (Amelie) and produced by Tristan Baker and Charlie Parsons for Runaway Entertainment.
