Masterworks Broadway have announced that the Original Cast Recording of The Time Traveller’s Wife: The Musical will be released on 29 September.

Featuring new music by Joss Stone and Dave Stewart, the musical begins performances at London’s Apollo Theatre on 7 October.

The cast is led by David Hunter as Henry, Joanna Woodward as Clare, Tim Mahendran as Gomez, Hiba Elchikhe as Charisse, and Ross Dawes as Henry’s Dad.

The world premiere production is based on the best-selling novel by Audrey Niffenegger and the New Line Cinema film, with a screenplay by Bruce Joel Rubin. The Time Traveller’s Wife: The Musical has a book by Lauren Gunderson, with additional music by Nick Finlow and additional lyrics by Kait Kerrigan.

The musical is directed by Bill Buckhurst and designed by Anna Fleischle, with choreography by Shelley Maxwell, lighting by Lucy Carter and Rory Beaton, illusions by Chris Fisher, video design by Andrzej Goulding, sound by Richard Brooker, sound FX by Pete Malkin, musical supervision & arrangements by Nick Finlow, orchestrations by Malcolm Edmonstone, and casting by Grindrod Burton Casting.
