Producers of hit stage musical The Prom have revealed they will open their first international production in the Netherlands from Autumn 2022.

Casting and venues are yet to be announced but in the meantime, the Netflix musical film adaptation continues to be extremely popular among home audiences.

The Prom enjoyed a successful run on Broadway from October 2018 to August 2019 at the Longacre Theatre. The stage show has a book by Chad Beguelin and Bob Martin, music by Matthew Sklar, lyrics by Beguelin and direction by Casey Nicholaw.

Whilst the producers have their sights on the UK in the future, there is nothing confirmed at this time.

We can hope, Besties!
