The Old Rep in Birmingham has announced that their Christmas production for 2022 will be Beauty and the Beast, running from 18 November-16 December.

This timeless tale will mark the seventh production that The Old Rep has produced alongside the Birmingham Ormiston Academy (BOA) Group.

Meet Belle, a beautiful and intelligent young woman, and join her on a musical adventure as she finds herself trapped in an enchanted castle after being captured by the grotesque Beast. Will she learn to love him for who he truly is and break the spell? 

The show follows on from The Old Rep’s successful production of Alice in Wonderland in 2021 and is a seasonal adventure for the whole family.

Tickets go on general sale on 11 March at 10am.
