THE NATIONAL LOTTERY’S BIG NIGHT OF MUSICALS announced at the AO Arena

The AO Arena in Manchester will host The National Lottery’s Big Night Of Musicals on 24 January 2022.

Hosted by Jason Manford, the event will celebrate the resilience of artists and theatregoers throughout the pandemic and will feature shows including FrozenDear Evan Hansen, Disney's The Lion King, Back to the Future, The Drifters Girl, Beauty and the Beast, School of Rock, Bat Out Of Hell, Dreamgirls and The Wiz, with more to be announced.

Performers appearing are to be confirmed.

Tickets are on general release and all of them are free for National Lottery players as a 'thank you' for funding over 2,000 theatres through the Covid crisis thanks to the £30m they raise every week for Good Causes. Theatre enthusiasts can reserve up to four free tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. A £2 booking fee applies per person upon booking and proof of purchase of a National Lottery product is required on the day of the event by the ticket booker.

Thousands of tickets have been made available to representatives from hundreds of National Lottery-funded community and grassroots arts organisations from across the North West to celebrate and acknowledge their amazing work throughout the pandemic.

Please note that the first 7,000 tickets released for The National Lottery’s Big Night Of Musicals have already been claimed but a further 3,000 tickets will be available from 9am on Friday 7 January 2022.
