Talking Shakespeare returns with Ian McKellen, Helen Mirren & David Oyelowo

The RSC has announced there will be a second instalment of their popular online conversation series, Talking Shakespeare.

RSC Artistic Director, Gregory Doran, will host the event with guests confirmed to appear including: Roger Allam, Jane Lapotaire, Ian McKellen, Helen Mirren and David Oyelowo. Further names will be announced in due course.

The series will run weekly on Mondays between 16 November-14 December from 6-7pm and is available to subscribers, members and patrons of the venue.

The conversations are free to access, although there is a suggested donation of £10 with all funds raised going towards the Keep Your RSC campaign. To make a donation, please click here.

Subscribers will also be able to access a series of online talks and events including a discussion with broadcast historian and RSC Live from Stratford-upon-Avon producer John Wyver on 20 January, an exclusive screening of the 2012 production of Julius Caesar on 21 January and a discussion with rhetoric expert Benet Brandreth on 4 February.
