In an uplifting collaboration between some of the biggest names in the industry, the first global livestream variety show, Rise Up With Arts, will air on 27 March - also marking World Theatre Day.

Co-created and presented by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Pasha Kovalev and Anya Garnis, the event will raise money for the Theatre Support Fund+ and The Actors Fund.

The programme will feature stars from the world of theatre,  music and dance, celebrating the magical connection and transformative power of  the Arts; including Benny Benack III, Don Black OBE, Jim Caruso, Kevin Clifton, Matt Croke, Kerry Ellis, Stacey Haynes, Lisa Marie Holmes, Robyn Hurder, Duncan James, Anna Kumble, John Logan, Arlene Phillips CBE, Lisa Riley, Ricky Rojas, Dominic “D-trix” Sandoval, Rebecca Selley, Aaron Tveit, Desi Valentine, Sadeck Waff, Patricia Ward Kelly and Robin Windsor.

Garnis said: “Having not been able to perform throughout 2020 and seeing many of  my friends struggle without a creative outlet due to the pandemic, we decided we  had to take matters into our own hands and create a virtual experience that could  bring the Arts back to life”.

The event will take place via Zoom livestream on 27 March from 7.30pm. To book tickets, please click here.
