Strictly Come Dancing professionals descend on Coventry this Autumn/Winter season

Strictly Pros

Ahead of the Strictly Come Dancing series launch this weekend, the Albany Theatre in Coventry has announced that they will be hosting a bevy of the hit TV show’s professional dancers over the coming months with their individual touring productions.

Join talented brother and sister duo, Kevin and Joanne Clifton, for a lovely evening of song, dance and memories on 22 November 2020. The show will give audiences a glimpse into their dancing lives, from young children growing up in a dancing family, to the successful performers they are today. They will also sing songs from their CD and perform some of their favourite Ballroom and Latin dances.

Giovanni Pernice is back with his hit show THIS IS ME on 22 February 2021, after the tour was previously cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With the Italian’s natural charm, combined with beautiful choreography perfectly complemented by a fabulous soundtrack, THIS IS ME pays homage to the music and dances that have inspired Giovanni’s career, from a competition dancer to one of the biggest names on the hit BBC show.

Then only three days later on 25 February 2021, Neil Jones brings comedy, special effects and outstanding dancing in his new production, Gingerland. Jones takes audiences on a journey showcasing what made him unique within the dancing world and will introduce them to the very people who influenced him as a dancer.
