It has been announced that Stranger Things star Gaten Matarazzo will join the cast of Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway from 19 July.

Matarazzo will play Jared Kleinman for a limited run, which marks his return to Broadway after being featured in shows such as Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Les Misérables.

Other cast members joining the production on the same day are Ann Sanders (Cynthia Murphy), Noah Kieserman (Connor Murphy), and Ciara Alyse Harris (Alana Beck).
