SPEAKEASY: Karen Hauer & Gorka Marquez unveil West End tour finale

After introducing their new show SPEAKEASY earlier this year, Strictly Come Dancing professionals Karen Hauer and Gorka Marquez have announced that the tour will conclude with a West End gala performance on 15 April at the iconic Adelphi Theatre in London (currently home to Back to the Future: The Musical), marking Karen and Gorka’s West End debut as a touring duo.

Expect exhilarating live music and breathtaking choreography with Karen and Gorka’s newest offering, which follows their debut tour FIREDANCE, which toured the UK in 2020, 2022 and 2023.

Unlock the door to an undercover world of iconic dance flavours in 2025. Speakeasy begins in the roaring 1920s - the era of elegance, extravagance and excess, where the Charleston prevailed, and flapper fashions were utterly fabulous. We then waltz into the 1930s; the golden age of cinema with a celebration of legendary ballroom dance icons Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire, with a killer contrast - dancing the dark and dangerous dalliances of Bonnie and Clyde. This bleeds into the 1940s and the smoky underworld of Burlesque, Cabaret and the pulsating mambos of the Copacabana. Elvis was King of the 1950s which saw the revolution of rock’n’roll and the jive as well as the iconic Latin moves of the ultimate movie musical, West Side Story. Fosse freedom and beatnik stylings lead the way in the 1960s, with a 1970s climax of the elusive glamour and mirror balls of Studio 54.

The tour opens in Dartford on 24 February 2025 and travels across England, Scotland and Wales before the West End finale on 15 April. Don’t miss the must-see dance show of 2025 – SPEAKEASY is on sale now and is coming to a theatre near you.

Tickets are available on pre-sale from 12 September, before going on general sale on 13 September. To register for access to the pre-sale, please click here.
