Legendary award-winning composer Stephen Sondheim will be honoured at the upcoming Grammy Awards by Cynthia Erivo, Leslie Odom Jr., Ben Platt and Rachel Zegler, it has been announced. 

Their performance will form part of the show’s traditional ‘In Memoriam’ segment during the broadcast.

The singers delivering the musical tribute have performed Sondheim’s music in the past, but most recently Zegler who starred in Stephen Spielberg’s West Side Story film.

The Grammys will be broadcast live on 3 April on CBS from 8pm ET/5pm PT. The show will also be available for streaming live and on demand on Paramount Plus.
