Sky Arts reveals stagey content for this week

With Sky Arts now available on Freeview, theatre fans will able to enjoy plenty of stagey content in the coming week from the comfort of their own homes, with upcoming content from Michael Ball, Andrew Lloyd Webber and many more. 

Tonight at 7pm, documentary Theatres Through The Ages will be shown, with the US stage version of Jesus Christ Superstar: Live in Concert being shown tonight at 10pm and at 5.15pm on Sunday 10 January. 

The Sound of Music Live will be shown on Tuesday 5 January at 9pm, with Hamilton: One Shot to Broadway being shown on Thursday 7 January at 11.15pm and repeated on Saturday 9 January at 4pm. 

If you are a fan of Opera, Puccini’s Madama Butterfly will be shown at 6am on Saturday 9 January with Michael Ball’s Both Sides Now concert being shown at 6am on Monday 11 January and ENO’s Drive In La Boheme will be on at 11.45pm.
