Sheffield Theatres to stream two new digital productions

Bosses at Sheffield Theatres have revealed they will be streamed two digital productions in the coming months, after postponing its original 2021 season.

New play The Band Plays On by Chris Bush, featuring new versions of music by Sheffield artists, along with a revival and regional premiere of Caryl Churchill’s Escaped Alone will be filmed at the venue, ahead of its streaming online.

Casting, creatives and stream dates will be announced in due course.
