Rob Myles announces launch of THE SHAKESPEARE DECK SECOND EDITION

Multi award winning actor, director, writer and co-creator of The Show Must Go Online, Rob Myles, has today announced the launch of The Shakespeare Deck Second Edition.

The deck of cards is an extremely useful tool for actors and creatives looking to finesse their understanding of Shakespeare: his text, devices, and structures, and how to take what they’ve learned into further exploration and creativity. Fully detailed but in pocket form, it is designed to help get the most out of preparation; be that for auditions, rehearsals or performances.

The Second Edition has been revised and expanded, featuring nine new cards (taking the total to 54, akin to standard deck size), six new definitions with examples, four new exercises for individuals and groups to try their hand at and three new prompts to help keep performers on track. That’s not all though, it also features a new further reading list, alongside improved boxing and artwork, all while maintaining its original price point. 

To date, the deck has been sold in eight countries and at London’s Royal Court Bookshop, and this new edition has been expanded to responded to the incredible feat of selling out two print runs, and a phenomenal increase in demand this year.
