Fringe review: THE BIG BITE-SIZE BREAKFAST SHOW, White Room Theatre - Edinburgh Festival Fringe
The Big Bite-Size Breakfast Show is back, bringing you three brand-new rotating 'menus' of comedy, served with coffee/tea, croissants and strawberries. What more could you want to start your day at the Fringe?
On the morning we visited, we were treated to sketches written by Thomas Willshire, Chloe Banks, Rosie Edwards, Bethany Dickens and Tom Hartwell. An eclectic mix of comedy, ranging from office politics to dead boyfriends, the science of love to eco-warriers via a night out.
The cast work well and their delivery is consistent. Each bite-size play is just the right length so audience focus is easy (we don't want to have to think too much this early in the morning, Besties!)
The company and performances are very witty, compelling and captivating, and as there are three 'menus', you can go back for more!
Rise and shine, it's comedy time!
