It was announced on social media over the weekend that West End performer Lucinda Shaw has sadly passed away.

The Australian born actress’ first leading role was The Lady of the Lake in the Melbourne production of Spamalot. In the UK, she performed in productions of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, From Here To Eternity, The Bodyguard and Gypsy, to name but a few. She also appeared in the film version of London Road, directed by Rufus Norris.

Tributes have been flooding in on social media for the talented performer, taken far too soon.

Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this difficult time.
