Remembering Broadway legend CHITA RIVERA

It has been announced that Broadway legend Chita Rivera has passed away peacefully aged 91, following a brief illness.

Best known for starring in classic musicals such as West Side Story and Chicago, Rivera won Tony Awards for Best Actress in a Musical for Kiss of the Spider Woman and The Rink, and received a lifetime Tony Award in 2018.

As well as her daughter Lisa Mordente, Rivera is survived by her siblings Julio, Armando and Lola del Rivero.
