The release date of the Mary Poppins 2020 London cast album has been announced.

Following the announcement that there would be a revival recording on Zoe Ball’s BBC Radio 2 show last October, Mary Poppins – The Definitive Supercalifragilistic 2020 Cast Recording will be released on 6 November, featuring Zizi Strallen in the title role and Charlie Stemp as Bert.

The stage production also stars Joseph Millson as Mr Banks, Amy Griffiths as Mrs Banks and Petula Clark as The Bird Woman.

Adapted from the classic Disney film, the stage show is also based on stories by PL Travers. It has a book by Julian Fellowes, music by the Sherman Brothers, with additional music and lyrics by Stiles and Drewe.
