Reading Rep Theatre announces full cast for A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM

Reading Rep Theatre have announced full casting for their upcoming new adaptation of Shakespearian classic A Midsummer Night’s Dream, running from 11 May-5 June.

Written and directed by Reading Rep Artistic Director Paul Stacey, the cast includes Amy Ambrose as Titania, Beth Eyre as Helena, Mark Desebrock as Lysander, Charlotte Warner as Hermia, Jonty Peach as Demetrius and returning to Reading Rep will be Dave Fishley in the role of Oberon/Bottom. 

Paul Stacey said: “It has been a tumultuous winter, but our new version of Shakespeare's timeless classic is designed to welcome audiences back with open arms. Come and celebrate with our actors, and your whole family, as we throw open the doors of our theatre once more for a dreamy midsummer party.”

Completing the creative team are movement director Chris Cuming, designer Amy Watts, sound designer and composer Joe Dines, and lighting designer Simeon Miller.
