Maiya Quansah-Breed has been named to replace Alexia Khadime in The Distance You Have Come when it is presented in the West End next month.

Khadime will be gearing up for her return to The Prince of Egypt at the Dominion Theatre, meaning she has had to step down from the production.

Scott Alan's song cycle will be performed at the Apollo Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue on 21 & 28 June, and follows the lives of six intertwined people.

The cast also includes Andy Coxon, Alice Fearn, Adrian Hansel, Emma Hatton and Dean John-Wilson.
